Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standart, Omniva, DPD shipping on all orders.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standart, Omniva, DPD shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Der Online-Shop zebraprintshop.com macht den Einkaufsprozess einfach und bequem - geben Sie eine Bestellung auf, wählen Sie die gewünschte Versandart und erhalten Sie Ihre Bestellung so schnell wie möglich, vielleicht sogar noch am selben Tag.

Die Ausführung der Bestellung beginnt nach Bestätigung der Zahlung: PayPal und Bankkarten - die Bestätigung erfolgt sofort, Banküberweisung - die Bestätigung erfolgt nach Geldeingang (dauert in der Regel 1 Tag) und nach Bestätigung des Designs durch den Kunden. Die Lieferzeiten können sich in den Tagen vor den Feiertagen (z.B. Weihnachten, Neujahr, Ostern und Ligo) und während der Aktionszeit sowie aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter und Straßenverhältnissen um 1-2 Werktage verlängern.

Bei der Bestellung müssen Sie eine gültige Handynummer angeben, an die eine Bestätigungs-SMS gesendet wird, die Sie über die Lieferung und die Bereitschaft Ihres Designs informiert. SMS können nicht an Festnetznummern gesendet werden. Nach der Zustellung wird das Paket für maximal 7 Tage im Paketautomaten aufbewahrt und dann an den Absender zurückgeschickt. Für den wiederholten Versand solcher Pakete, die nicht abgeholt wurden, werden zusätzlich 5 € berechnet. Sie können ein nicht abgeholtes Paket auch persönlich im Lager von Zebra Printshop unter der Adresse (Vidus Iela 4C, Daugavpils) nach vorheriger Vereinbarung per E-Mail entgegennehmen - [email protected]


 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
